This secure Web based application is a software product for project management. It presents an online billing and tracking system, which is able to generate invoices and custom reports. It allows to have a strong grip on all the business moves within the company. It gives the opportunity to trace invoicing, budget reports, time and expense reports, attendance reports, task maintenance, etc. as well as to view detailed diagrams on performance and productivity of your business, analysing projects workflow, your staff, budget, deadlines, client's satisfaction, company's growth and much more.

The application has modules synchronised with well-known programs (MS Projects, Quicken, Quickbooks). Palm Pilot and desktop versions of the software were developed as well. The Web version of the application is accessible at http://www.timeledger.com/

This project was ordered by Canadian National Railway IT Department for optimization of the department's workflow. The Web application was developed as an online version of IT Council at CN Rail Project Plan. It comprises information on all the projects undertaken by the department. It specifies the division fulfilling the project, added items, the initiative, the project's description, requirements and impact, sponsorship and the project's status. It allows authorized users to browse, modify and report the plan entries. The application is ready to operate with Planned Work, Pipelines and Unplanned Work entities. Special features include different list view modes, editing modes and generating specific reports. Also a possibility of intellectual search for needed information in Lotus Notes record fields was added. The detail mode allows a user to edit a selected document if his/her privileges level allows it.

As a background of the system Lotus Notes with Domino Web Server were used. The Web application was developed as an HTML application with CGI (via Lotus Script) to Lotus documents.

CIA provides a mechanism for producing and processing of credit cards, including identification by finger prints. It allows processing of payments (authorization and reservation) according to the shopping cart, formed at the internet site of the shop, through SSL-Applet. Different types of credit cards can be processed (American Express, Visa etc), including self-produced virtual cards. Different languages and currencies are supported. Clearing of the reserved transactions can be done by the shop-owner in different modes. The following service is also provided: generation of reports, management of card-blocking processes, etc.
